Breakfast very bad, it opened at 6:30, we were there at 6:40. Coffee was undrinkable, I suspect reheated from the day before. All other food in the buffet was cold. Downtown Tacloban is run down, the hotel is in need of renovation.

The Rosvenil Hotel was quiet, clean and the staff were extremly polite and very friendly. The staff members were all so courteous and humble. It was such a pleasure staying there and when I return to Tacloban, I will make sure to book another reservation at this hotel, as it gave me peace of mind, knowing I was in a secure, safe environment.

Good choice!

Hotel was great - even with big wedding party going on, checkin was easy. Cute cafe with excellent service and choices. Definitely a good choice in Tacloban!

The only thing that I didn’t like about the property was the lack of hot water, taking a shower was lukewarm at best, but I do take extremely hot showers, every thing else was perfect
