Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Ski-Granby Ranch hiking and cross-country ski trails are just walking distance from the front door. Awe inspiring views, and 1/4 mile drive to the 5,000 acre Snow Mountain Ranch YMCA of the Rockies. Views of Winter Park Ski Resort, the 9 mile drive gets you on the slopes in just 13 min! Or take the county bus at the junction of highway 40. A short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, and the tri-lake system!
The space
Cozy mountain home with wood burning fireplace. Views on all 4 sides, large kitchen/dining/living space. Perfect for your next ski vacation. In summer months enjoy the fenced in yard and large grassy area!
Other things to note
I highly reccomend locking vehicles and keeping food indoors during periods of high bear encounters. Fall and spring are the most active times for bears in this neighborhood, but they are around all summer as well. They have been known to enter cars and steal food, please keep doors locked and trash or food indoors during high bear activity seasons!!
