The staff were pleasant & our room was spacious with a good view of the sea & was clean. However the bed sheets were not big enough for the bed and we were cold, so we had to ask for an extra blanket. The lamp in our room didn’t work. We were not provided with sufficient toilet rolls & had to request more; also housekeeping didn’t provide us with shampoo & shower gel each day & some days we had a bath mat & some days not! There were insufficient hangers in the cupboard when we arrived so we had to request more. The food served at the hotel buffet was never hot & the drinks machine served hot chocolate when cappuccino was selected. The hotel provided good entertainment on some evenings but the bar area was cold so we had to wear coats when sitting there in the evening.

First stay at Itropika Tabarka July 2023
Good service, lot staff working like an ant society, very good entertainment team, a bit noisy from 10 am till midnight. The reception missed to serve us some cold drinks on our arrival, as they did with orher customers, we did love it, we may come back, highly recommended. Thanks to you all !!!

The hotel is in a great location very close to the harbour, cafes etc and right on the beach which is clean and has security. Our room was clean and spacious with a great view of the sea and the castle. No fridge which would be good for fruit, water etc. We only ate breakfast in the hotel which was OK but with a huge amount of cake and sweet things but no fruit. The problem for us was the unbelievably loud entertainment every night. It went on until 11 or 12 each night and was so loud it was impossible to sleep. On one occasion we went to look and it was so loud it actually hurt my ears. Completely unnecessary given the number of people actually present for the entertainment.

This is a really nice clean well appointed family hotel with plentiful helpful friendly staff with good English. If you’re ‘early to bed’ types I’d suggest not getting a sea view room as the kids outside evening entertainment is quite loud and goes on until fairly late. That’s the only thing I’d forewarn of, otherwise a lovely place to stay.

The most horrible hotel experience in my life. Initially the room was terrible: small, smelly and lacking in every way possible. They wouldn’t change it so we paid extra for a better one. This hotel DOES NOT serve food past 9 PM. They literally left us to starve and refused to provide any kind of solution at all, knowing that there’s a curfew and food in the hotel was the only option. We communicated to the administration that we have no food and that we need to eat but they could not care any less. It is smelly, messy, hot and lacks air conditioning, elevators are wet, facilities are poor and old, pool is gross, food is horrifying to say the very least. I hated every single second I spent in that hotel and was forced to leave my 3 night vacation after the first night, which seemed to bother the administration but at all.

Close to the beach. Great pool and plenty of places to lounge mid-week. Furnishings were few/non existent on upper floor lobbies. Menu was identical for breakfast every day - Missing fruit and yogurt.wait staff a bit light and stretched for meals. Solid 3.7. Older hotel but very adequate. Beds a bit firm for our liking.

Upon arrival the entrance is impressive and the front desk clerk courteous. Unfortunately, they had our reservation wrong but were able to fix it when we showed evidence of what we had booked. All of their funds must be used on the main floor, because when we went up to the rooms -- in the ONE working but terribly slow and small elevator, we were met with worn out, ripped up, and faded carpets. The rooms were functional but dirty. I could not even use the toilet until someone came up to clean it. The counter tops and tables were also dirty and the bed was terribly hard. The view from the room, however, was spectacular. Other room problems include: no non-smoking rooms available, no internet, filthy outdoor chairs, and air conditioning that could not be adjusted. When we called about the smoking, we were told that some websites advertise that they are available, but that is incorrect. When we asked about the internet, they said they'd send up a technician. We waited, but no technician. When we called back they confessed that the internet really only works on the main floor. When we asked about the air conditioning, they sent up a technician who turned on the fan and who told us that the management had removed the remote controls for the AC from all of the rooms. When we asked about the outdoor chairs, we were told it was from the sun, not dirt. :(

This hotel sit right on the beach unlike a lot of hotels in Tabarka, it could stand to have the beds replaced.

Choix idéal pour Tabarka
Choix idéal d'hôtel moyenne gamme pour Tabarka. Hôtel à deux pas du centre ville, très bon rapport qualité prix, personnel serviable et professionnel, bon petit déjeuner, équipements bien entretenus. Mention spéciale pout le tout nouvel espace spa hammam que j'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à tester !

Super Hôtel, l'environnement et les activités sont superbes avec de jeunes animateurs plein de bonnes volontés. A l'accueil Sana vous donne de super conseils sur l'hôtel ou les visites de la villes.
