"Our room smelled of dog urine. The carpet had dog fur. The floor underneath the air conditioner was wet and the floor underneath it was soft. The sheets were stained and my wife encountered roaches in the bathroom. We didn't stay the night. We checked out immediately. We returned the keys and asked to be checked out. I received a message the next morning saying it was time to check out. It seems that we weren't checked out. I would like a refund."

"This property was perfect for my wife and I and our small puppy. The setting was quiet and surrene, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the area, yet close enough for all the attractions anyone would want to see. The house was very well stocked with not just essentials, but with things a weary traveller could want before setting out to do any shopping. Directions and check-in were smooth with no hiccups. The hosts were top-notch. They responded quickly anytime we had a question, and they treated us as honored guests which made us feel very special. We would love to stay here again the next time we're in the San Antonio area."

"The room was clean, and the pool area was great. The only main issue was that our vehicle was broken into overnight, and the passenger seat was damaged. I wish they had more security in the area. The staff was friendly, but I don’t think we’ll be going back due to safety concerns."

The pool was lovely and enjoyable.The issue we had was that we were not sent the check in code until literally 10 minutes before wecould get in, which caused us a great deal of stress.We had electricity issues where no plugs in the bathrooms were working and we were the family of the groom in a wedding where we were all trying to get ready at one time. I communicated to the owner right away when we needed something and didn’t hear back for 5 hours!The owner was going to call an electrician to come out,But he couldn’t get there until after the wedding the next day, which didn’t help us. She did buy 2 extension cords and dropped them off,However, the plugs didn’t work in all 4 Bathrooms and the coffee bar area so we had to keep moving the extension cords around. This was terribly inconvenient.It didn’t seem like we were a priority which was very frustrating. "
