This property was perfect. A quiet retreat in the woods away from the Shenandoah National Park crowds. The house was cozy and warm. The wildlife was plentiful and active. We enjoyed walks around the property, hikes up the hill, and drives around the local area. We made it over to DuCard Vineyard for some music and wine which was great. This was our second stay at Gary's house. Everything was perfect and this trip was even better than last year's. Great house, fire pit and grill - and easy proximity to White Oak Canyon and Old Rag. Although we initially had a minor issue getting into the home, once inside we were pleased to find it very clean and ready for our weekend stay. The driveway getting there is a bit narrow with branches (and as promised, narrow turn around space at the top of the hill), but the yard is open and inviting. ##### Jenna N.
