"I stayed there twice within 2 weeks. First visit the room I booked was unavailable. No reason. The room I was put in the regular air conditioning didn't work. They had a (non-window) portable AC unit on the floor. It was very noisy. Room had coffee amenities but no coffee maker. That took 4 hours ..."

"Original room when checked in was not cleaned it was urine in and on the toliet bed unmmade trash overflowing. Limited acess to towels and toliet paper the room door had trouble locking so we didnt feel safe. The soap dispenser broke off from the wall while in shower all on its own."
