**HOUSE IS A DUPLEX: Each floor is rented separately. LOWER UNIT: This gorgeous waterfront duplex is located on a quiet, serene inlet, adjacent to the Barge Canal with access to Oneida Lake. Perfect for boating, kayaking, and fishing. Floating EZ dock system. Both units available to rent together upon request and availability.

Each unit has large eat-in kitchen, equipped with large/small appliances, Keurig, washer/dryer, grill, large deck, floating dock, and kayaks/life jackets for all. Included in rental are linens, towels, free Wifi, 3 large screen Samsung tv's and lounge chairs.

Sleeping Arrangements: 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, 1 folding cot

Streaming Services: Spectrum Cable, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Prime Video

Walking distance to beach, restaurants and nightlife. 18 minute drive to Turning Stone Casino.

Loved this place

Fantastic location. Right on the water, walking distance to everything. With being a block from the main road, this place was very quiet. The kids loved being able to fish right off the back dock. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lake

Place was perfect. Had everything we needed and everything went super smooth. Had never been on this lake before and it was a beauty. Nice small town. Only stayed a weekend off season but would definetly go back again. Highly recommend.

Oneida Lake/Sylvan Beach mini vacation

The interior and exterior are well maintained. It was convenient to restaurants and casinos if interested. Most activities in the summer months, but mid Sept perfect for us. Our primary interest was the dock situated right in front of the property since we have a boat. I'd recommend this is communicated if both upstairs and downstairs guests have a boat. Ours was 20 foot and there was some extra room, but not enough for two vessels. We had a great time and would return.

Great house and location

We stopped here for a quick two-night stay on our trip from Maine back to Cincinnati. Very cool location, literally yards from the water. Also loved having several restaurants and activities within walking distance.

House is perfectly located within walking distance of the pier and the beach. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Property manager was amazing. House has a dock out front and a beautiful little porch to sit on. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful location located right next to the Cove with its own dock located right in front of the patio. Within walking distance to all the restaurants and beach side. It absolutely smelled fresh and clean just as you walked in. And we enjoyed the neighborhood friendly cat! He was a plus.

Centrally located

Perfect location to where we wanted to go. From going to the beach to watch the sunset to getting ice cream after dinner. My grandchildren learned how to navigate a kayak. We even were able to fish off the dock. It was a great stay in a great place. I would definitely go there again. Very comfortable and relaxing.

A little bit of everything

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Amenities, views, kayaks, and location were all amazing. My kids loved fishing off the docks and kayaking. The beach, restaurants, and stores are all within walking distance and we would go back and forth all day long. Pirates Weekend was also a blast (did not know this was happening until after we booked, pleasant surprise). The property is well mantained and everything was neat and clean. Owner was very accommodating and didn't have any issues feeling safe and secure.
