The bathrooms offer plenty of space and feature spacious, walk-in showers that allow for comfortable movement. Please note that the balcony threshold is 6 cm high, so access is not fully accessible.

The apartments can accommodate 2 to 5 people and are located in a central yet quiet area of Westerland, just about 50 m from the Friedrichstraße shopping district and about 200 m from the beach promenade.

Each of these 12 high-quality apartments features a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities, as well as underfloor heating, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a washer-dryer combo, and both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony or loggia.

An inviting sauna area in the basement is available daily from 16:00-20:00.

The 3-room apartments each feature 1 guest bathroom, 2 bathrooms, and 2 balconies or loggias, and impress with their spacious floor plans.

A parking space in the underground garage (maximum clearance height is 2 m) and a charging station for electric cars and e-bikes are available.

The building has two passenger lifts, allowing you to travel comfortably from the underground garage to your respective floors.
