    The bright living room features a comfortable sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa (120x180 cm), an armchair, and a dining table for 5 people. A TV is also available, and direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony offers a beautiful view and invites you to relax.

    **OPEN KITCHEN WITH MODERN AMENITIES**
    The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and modern amenities for your holiday meals.

    **TWO COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS**
    The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x195 cm) and a closet. The second bedroom features a wider double bed (140x200 cm), an armchair, and a spacious wardrobe.
