The ground floor also features a guest bathroom and an entryway with a built-in closet.

The master bedroom and a second bedroom are located on the upper floor. The high ceilings are a distinctive feature. The bathroom features a built-in bathtub and a double sink. A shower room with a separate toilet is located on the same floor.

In addition, this half of the house features a private sauna, rainforest shower, whirlpool tub, and wellness shower, as well as an utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

Parking is only next to the carport—on the right side, the second car parks in line behind the first—please always close the gate after use.

The half of the house faces southwest—you’ll enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Located near a nature reserve, yet still central. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach Rantum’s restaurants, supermarket, bakery, and boutiques. The beach on the west side is just as close.
