Located in a quiet area of Westerland on Sylt, it invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The apartment offers a cosy atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home. Pets are not allowed.

**LIVING AND WELL-BEING**
The living and dining room is lovingly furnished and features a two-person sofa, an armchair, a TV, and a dining table that seats four. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny west-facing balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture and is perfect for enjoying the evening sun.

**OPEN KITCHEN**
The modern open kitchen is fully equipped and features a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

**SLEEPING AREA AND BATHROOM**
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 80x200 cm), a built-in closet, and a TV, while the second bedroom features two single beds (each 90x200 cm), an armchair, and a TV as well. The bathroom is designed as a shower room with a toilet and natural light, ensuring a refreshing start to the day.

**PRACTICAL AMENITIES**
In the entryway, the hallway features a coat rack and a storage closet, where a high chair and a travel cot (without a mattress) are provided. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the house. A parking space and bicycle storage ensure a stress-free arrival and easy mobility while you’re here. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is also available so you can stay connected at all times.
