The bright living room, featuring a cosy corner sofa and a TV, invites you to relax. The adjacent dining area seats up to 6 people. From here, you have direct access to the furnished south-facing terrace with a beach chair, where you can enjoy sunny hours in the garden.

**OPEN KITCHEN WITH ALL THE COMFORTS**
The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. A dishwasher and a drip coffee maker provide additional comfort.

**SLEEP AND RELAX**
The house features three comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds (90x200 cm and 80x200 cm, respectively), closets, and TVs, while the third bedroom features two single beds (80x200 cm). All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer ample storage space.

**MODERN BATHROOMS AND WELLNESS AREA**
The three bathrooms offer the highest level of comfort. One of the bathrooms features a bathtub and a separate shower; the second bathroom is equipped with a sauna and a walk-in shower. The third bathroom in the entryway also features a shower. All bathrooms are equipped with towel warmers, hair dryers, and natural light.

A parking space and an electric vehicle charging station (for a fee) are available right next to the house. A washing machine and Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are also provided. Dogs are welcome upon request.
