Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, außerdem verfügt sie über ausreichend Stauraum aufgrund einerf Reihe von Einbauschränken. Sie liegt ruhig und trotzdem im Zentrum von Westerland, so dass man alle wichtigen Locations bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der Sauna-Bereich ist klein und man erreicht ihn nicht direkt: Man muss das Haus verlassen und an anderer Stelle wieder betreten. Die kostenlose Nutzng des gesamten ÖPNV auf der Insel mit den Gästekarten haben wir sehr oft und gerne in Anspruch genommen.
