From the east balcony you have a nice view over the city. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave. The bathroom is a shower room. Internet connection (LAN) is available in the apartment.
A parking space can be rented, depending on availability, outside or in the underground car park.

#### Ein helles und freundlich eingerichtetes Zimmer.
Im Nu ist man am Meer oder in der Fußgängerzone. Das gleicht den Blick aus dem Fenster des Zimmers auf das Hochhaus dahinter und auf den Parkplatz ein bischen aus. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist recht klein und etwas unpraktisch bestückt aber ausreichend.
