Unterm Dach für die Kids super geeignet, auch mit dem Schreibtisch. Man bedenke aber die Dachschrägen, Kopf einziehen bei großen Kindern. Wir haben nichts von der Nachbarschaft gehört, 3 weitere Apartments im Haus. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist perfekt aber dennoch kein Lärm.
