This charming 2-bedroom holiday apartment spans approximately 60 square metres over two levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features a charming country-style decor with Frisian-blue furnishings and is located in a quiet area near the beach in Westerland. The pedestrian zone is also within easy walking distance.

The cosy living room is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed (160x190 cm), an armchair, and a TV. A dining table that seats up to 3 people is also provided. From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished south-facing terrace with a beach chair and an open garden—perfect for enjoying the sun.

**OPEN KITCHEN WITH ALL THE AMENITIES**
The open kitchen offers all the necessary amenities, including a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker, so you can comfortably prepare your own meals during your stay.

**BEDROOM AND BATHROOM**
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a closet, and a TV.
The bathroom is bright and modern, featuring a shower, a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. In the entryway, you’ll find a coat rack and an additional guest bathroom.
