The tastefully furnished living and dining area welcomes you with a cosy atmosphere. A comfortable sofa and an armchair invite you to linger—whether with a good book or during a relaxing evening watching TV. Large windows let in plenty of light and create a friendly, open living atmosphere.

You can step directly from the living area onto the sunny, furnished south-facing terrace. Here you can enjoy the warm, sunny hours of the day—ideal for breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine in the evening. The beautifully landscaped garden offers tranquility, privacy, and a piece of nature right on your doorstep.

For added convenience, a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available, and dogs are welcome here—perfect for dog lovers, couples, and families.

Its central location near the lively Friedrichstraße allows you to quickly reach the wide variety of shops and restaurants. The beach is only about 550 metres away, so you can enjoy relaxing days at the beach anytime. The proximity to the promenade also allows you to take part in the numerous events and activities that Westerland offers throughout the year.
