This exclusive two-room duplex apartment in the “Kliff” building spans two levels and offers approximately 71 m² of space for up to three people. Inspired by shimmering waves and the play of light on the breakwaters, the interior welcomes you with muted colours, warm wood tones, and a clean, elegant design—stylish, serene, and inviting all at once.

The spacious living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. A comfortable sleeper sofa blends harmoniously into the design and offers an additional sleeping option. The open, fully equipped kitchen with a modern Bora range hood leaves nothing to be desired and elegantly combines cooking, dining, and socialising.

The northeast-facing balcony and loggia offer a charming view of the town. Start your day here with a fragrant cup of coffee as the morning sun gently rises over Westerland and fresh sea air drifts in—a peaceful, light-filled moment just for you.

The bedroom promises exceptional comfort. A handcrafted COCO-MAT bed (180 x 200 cm) invites you to enjoy restful nights and provides you with deep, restorative sleep. A wardrobe offers ample storage space and functionally complements the stylish room design.

The open-concept bathroom delights with its authentic wellness atmosphere. A spacious rain shower, a private KLAFS sauna, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer ensure the highest level of comfort. Electrically operated skylights provide soothing natural light and create a bright, relaxed atmosphere.

After a sauna session, enjoy the invigorating refreshment of the rain shower—like a warm summer rain on your skin. “Arrive and recharge” becomes a tangible experience here. A separate bathroom with a sink rounds out the space.
