This lovingly furnished 2-room holiday apartment spans approximately 42 m² over two levels and can accommodate up to 3 people. Located in a prime spot right behind the dunes in Westerland, you can enjoy the sound of the sea here. Pets are not allowed.

**LIVING ROOM AND SOUTH-FACING TERRACE**
The cosy living room is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed (130x200 cm), two wicker armchairs, and a TV. The entrance to the furnished south-facing terrace leads to a small garden area with a seasonal beach chair (available from April through September).

**OPEN KITCHEN WITH DINING AREA**
The open kitchen features an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a dining area with a table and chairs—everything you need for comfortable self-catering.

**COMFORTABLE BEDROOM**
The bedroom features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a chest of drawers; there is also an alcove with a closet.

**MODERN BATHROOM**
The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, a toilet, a towel warmer, a makeup mirror, and natural light.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
There is a coat rack in the hallway. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the building. A parking space and Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are also provided.
