The sofa can be converted in a few simple steps into an additional sleeping space for 2 people. The not directly accessible open kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob & fridge is functional and comfortable. The south-facing balcony offers a box seat with beach chair with dune view. The bedroom has a double bed with two bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe ?. The bathroom is bright tiled and equipped with shower, toilet and sink. A parking space is at your disposal in front of the house. Pets are not allowed! The apartment is a Non smoking apartment! However may like to be smoked on the balcony. Wir buchen diese Wohnung seit ca. 13 Jahren. Zwischenzeitlich wechselte die Agentur! Wir würden nicht immer wieder auf diese Wohnung zurück kommen, wenn es nicht passt. Preis ist für Sylt/Westerland okay. Da wir schon viele Jahre kommen, sehen wir auch Verschleiß, die Couchgarnitur hat schon bessere Jahre gesehen! Familie Becker hat sicher etwas für solche Ausgaben zurück gelegt??? !! Wir kommen aber auch mit zerschlissener Garnitur im nächsten Jahr wieder! ##### Brigitte P.
