Zunächst sollte gesagt werden, dass das Inserat in folgenden Punkten nicht stimmt: - Die Wohnung hat KEINEN Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man dich darauf verlassen hat! Es gibt einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus. Aber Achtung: der Parkplatz ist sehr sehr eng! Keine Chance, einen Audi Q5 kratzerfrei abzustellen. - Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und nicht zwei Einzelbetten! - Check-in ist erst ab 17 Uhr! Hier noch der Hinweis, dass der Mitarbeiter der Appartmentvermittlung wenig motiviert war. - Der Balkon liegt nicht zur Stephanstraße, sondern zum Bahnweg mit Blick auf den Edeka Markt und einen Parkplatz. Das Außenfoto suggeriert etwas anderes. Zur Wohnung: Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung definitiv zu klein. Für den Backofen gibt es kein Backblech. Der Geschirrwagen der Spülmaschine bleibt nicht in der Führung. Der Wasserhahn ist defekt. Kann zwar benutzt werden, brummt aber ganz fürchterlich. Das Bad ist schätzungsweise aus dem Jahr 2000\. In der Dusche überall Schimmel. Das Waschbecken hat einen Riss. Auf der Toilettenbürste konnte man die Hinterlassenschaften der letzten Monate sehen. Einfach ekelhaft! Zwei der drei Plastikstühle auf dem Balkon sind kaputt und somit unbrauchbar. Der vierte Stuhl nur ein Not-Klappstuhl, total verrammelt! Es gibt keine Rollläden oder Verdunkelung. Man ist zwangsläufig früh wach. Direkt unterhalb des Balkons auf dem Bahnweg eine Dauerbaustelle. Baggerarbeiten ab 8 Uhr morgens! Positiv anzumerken sind der große Kleiderschrank und die Nähe zur Strandstraße. Das Haus hat einen Fahrstuhl. Alles in allem war die Wohnung für uns eine große Enttäuschung! Wir würden sie nicht noch einmal buchen. Wir haben zwar alles auf Fotos festgehalten. Leider können bei der Bewertung aber keine Bilder hinzugefügt werden! ##### Pascal A.
