Dadurch ist es auch eine entsprechend belebte Gegend und bei geöffneter Balkontür nicht ganz leise. Der Blick vom Balkon geht auf das gegenüber liegende Gebäude. Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Gegenüber befindet sich eine gute Bäckerei und nebenan einen gut sortierten Edekamarkt. Zur Zeit befindet sich gegenüber dem Balkon eine Großbaustelle, aber dank gut isolierter Fenster, hat uns der Lärm nicht gestört, wir waren auch nicht den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung.
