My only complaint is the tv only had two working channels

We did not need to use a rental car. The shuttle service and golf carts are a tremendous help.

The majority of our experience at The Grove was excellent. The 2 bedroom suite was extremely spacious and contained all the publicized features. The pools and waterpark were excellent and the overall property was beautiful. It was nice to stay at a hotel that was not associated with the theme parks, but was close enough to Disney and Universal to make the drive bearable. The few downsides we experienced were enough to downgrade our rating from excellent to good. These included the lack of supplies provided in the room and the no maid service policy. For a room that had a 6 person capacity, we were provided 3 bath towels, 2 dishwasher detergents, and no additional paper products. Since housekeeping service is not provided unless you stay a minimum of 8 nights, we had to request these items as they became exhausted. This required a trip to the front desk, since no one answered the guest service line. Overall, our stay was great and we would stay there again, but I recommend that The Grove provides the adequate supplies based on guests length of stay and offers (complimentary) housekeeping service for shorter durations. We stayed for 7 nights, so we should have been offered periodic visits.

You can’t go wrong with a resort on the beach so even with their faults Rumfish was a great time. They really need to invest in upgrading the resort all around. The rooms were very antiquated and need of TLC. The swimming pools really do need a facelift and had several sharp broken tiles around creating a safety issue. They advertise great kid activities but most were subpar at best. The staff were very friendly but housekeeping was a disappointment. They really didn’t clean that well and we had to call housekeeping three times for basic items that were not replaced. Examples are toilet paper, towels and shower body wash. Overall it was a great vacation and the beaches were phenom. Rumfish was a good resort and Florida never disappoints. No worries and relax. Life is not that serious. Travel and enjoy!!!
