Excellent accommodation tainted by the car parking experience. I pre-booked and pre-paid for overnight parking but the parking area was full. I had to pay for parking elsewhere - very annoying.

Stayed here many times over the years previous to Visy and have never paid for parking, I understand to charge if workers from nearby buildings were using but hotel guests should not be charged.
