We also ask you to move the item(s) carefully without causing any damage to the item(s) itself or the property, otherwise you may be held liable for any damages to the item(s) or property. \# Rubbish －You do not have to thoroughly clean the property, however, please make a reasonable effort to clean up after yourself, especially when there are children or holding party. － All rubbish must be picked up and placed in bins including small items like wrappers and bottle lids. － Please leave NO food inside the refrigerator or cabinets as well. － Please take all the rubbish to the garbage room of the building and dispose them in proper bins before you check-out.
