Noise travels easily to the downstairs apartments, so please be considerate. \- Remove your shoes indoors to minimise noise. \- No parties, events, or loud gatherings allowed. 2\. \*\*Guests & Visitors:\*\* \- Only registered guests are permitted. Maximum overnight occupancy is 4 people. \- No unregistered visitors or guests allowed. The gate code must not be shared; visitors should notify the host upon arrival. \- We do not accept third party bookings. 3\. \*\*Arrival & Departure:\*\* \- Notify the host of your arrival and departure on the day of check-in and check-out. \- Your comfort is our priority! If anything\`s not quite right when you arrive, please let us know immediately so we can fix it. \- We supply you with the initial stock of consumables but we do not refresh/top-up these supplies during your stay. \- If any issues arise during your stay, notify the host immediately for resolution.
