It’s minutes from Newtown train station, endless rooftop bars and eateries, the cinema, markets and iconic Enmore Theatre, with plenty to keep you busy. Inside, enjoy light and thoughtfully designed interiors, with open plan living and dining flowing to a private courtyard. Rest easy in two lovely bedrooms, with air-conditioning. We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible! A melting pot of cultures and flavours, bohemian Newtown offers some of the city’s best dining, entertainment and atmosphere. It’s main thoroughfare, King Street, is jam-packed with restaurants, boutique shops, record and vintage stores, rooftop bars and notable pubs, making it a vibrant hub at all hours of the day. Eclectic and artsy by nature, it offers a cinema, much-loved theatre and colourful street art. Enjoy traditional pizza at Bella Brutta (or Gigi’s for lauded vegan), burgers at Mary’s or creative share plates at Bloodwood. Check out the gig guide at Enmore Theatre, play a round of mini golf at Holey Moley or head to the rooftop at Websters Bar. In the centre of Sydney’s cultural heartland, this Newtown terrace is perfectly positioned to revel in the neighbourhood’s bustling delights. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home, although with some of Sydney’s best dining on your doorstep you may not want to. It comes with a coffee pod machine for early rises. In the evenings, relax on the sofas, enjoying your favourite TV. The property comes with two queen bedrooms, each immaculately presented for a good nights’ sleep. Guests will also have access to a washing machine, adding to their holiday convenience. HOUSE RULES: \*Check-in: After 3:00 pm \*Checkout: 10:00 am \*No smoking \*No pets allowed \*No parties or events ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES: \*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes. \*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. \*This strictly is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOUR people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to TWO people. No more than a maximum of SIX people are allowed in the property at any given time. \*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. \*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine. \*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm. \*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned. \*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. We do not have extra sets. \*Free 24-hour parking on one side of Charles Street. The other side is only 1-hour parking from 6pm-10pm.
