Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest.
