Recently renovated house with a light-filled and spacious newly built two bedroom apartment on the top floor in Rozelle, with own private side gate & entrance.
We are happy to accommodate same day/last minute check in
Spacious & light-filled 1st floor apartment in a quiet street.
Two large bedrooms both with queen beds, built in wardrobes and study/makeup nook.
Apartment is suitable for 2 couples with two children, but can accommodate 6 adults.
Two single fold out beds & a cot are also available.
There is space in both bedrooms to set up a single bed or cot, living area can be converted to sleep 2 adults on fold out beds.
Apartment is child friendly with a door at the top of the stairs. We welcome little people/infants but they are guests so please include them in your booking.
Please respect our rate schedule, additional guests after the first two people including
children, are required to pay $50 per night per person whether or not that person shares a bed, sleeps on top of a bed, on the couch or on the floor.
If your party size has changed please contact me.
Open plan living & dining area with modern conveniences make this sanctuary a home away from home.
Enjoy leafy district views from the balcony, whilst staying only a 100 metres from public transport & Rozelle’s bustling shopping strip with restaurants, cafes, pubs and wine bars.

Kitchen is fitted out with a fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 element induction hot plate, toasted sandwich machine, pots, pans, utensils & crockery.

Washing machine, dryer & drying rack are located in the large bathroom.

Air conditioning cools & heats the apartment with split system reverse cycle units in the lounge/dining area.

Bifold doors from the lounge open onto a balcony with a bench seat, 2 chairs & table.

Linen & Wi-fi access is included.

Apartment is a 5 minute walk to the major bus route with a 7 minute bus ride to the CBD and the train network that services Sydney suburbs, Blue Mountains & airport
Direct bus to Bondi Beach, Sydney University & University of New South Wales .
100 metres from Rozelle’s bustling shopping strip with a smorgasbord of restaurants, wine bars, pubs, bottle store, cafes, convenience store, IGA supermarket, pharmacies, banks, post office, gym, gelato bar, newsagent, TAB or clothing shops & a mere 50 metres to Woolworths Express Supermarket.
15 minute stroll to Balmain Village with Woolworths supermarket or a 15 minute walk to the Birkenhead Outlet centre with Aldi & Coles supermarkets & designer clearance shops
Parks, fish markets, weekend markets all within an easy walk.

Please do not leave air conditioning, fans or clothes dryer on when not in the apartment.
Lost door key have a $50 replacement fee.

We have contract cleaners who charge an additional fee for changing cleaning schedule so please vacate by 10am on day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
Late check out till 1pm is an additional $40.
As this is a quiet residential street we have a strict no party policy.
No smoking inside the apartment but you can smoke on the balcony with the door closed.
No pets.
Cleaning fee of $180 will apply to all bookings

A complimentary welcome pack includes items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, hand wash, shower wash, shampoo, laundry detergent and dishwashing supplies.

Apartment is in a 2 hour parking zone from 8am - 10pm, so you can park overnight from 8.05pm till 10am. Alternative unlimited free parking is in the cross street at the bottom of Bruce St on the left- Evans St.

We have one security camera facing the apartment entrance gate.

Loved Sydney Haven, clean and super comfortable. Fun location with great restaurants and bars in walking distance. Bonus that our accommodation was quiet and mornings and evenings were filled with birdsong. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything.

I have stayed here several times now and as always it is a very peaceful and quiet spot, but just down the road from all the restaurants and shops on busy Darling St. The main bed is very comfortable (I haven’t used the second bedroom) and the apartment is well equipped. Thoroughly recommended!

We booked last minute due to home renovations keeping us away for the night. The property was well set up and spacious and with restaurants and shops just a short stroll up the hill, we were able to grab some take away and sit on the veranda to watch the sun set and gorgeous view. Within a few minutes walk of Rozelle's shops and dining venues, this modern and clean apartment is ideally placed but also very quiet. Rosalie, the host, provides helpful and punctual support whenever the need arises. We would definitely stay again.

The property is newly renovated and was very clean. Cosy size and great for a small family, especially with kitchenette and laundry, TV with all the apps. Very nice that the cot was set up and ready to go. On the door step to great cafes and shops!

Clean modern apartment with everything you need. The location could not of been better, no car needed as close to shop's and public transport. Our host was very helpful and the Tim-Tams, cold drinks, coffee tea and milk were a very nice surprise, would recommend to everyone.

This is a really great apartment in a wonderful location. It is quiet, comfortable, spacious and beautifully clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is large and the doors to the balcony fold right back allowing you to look out over the Sydney horizon and enjoy the view. We loved it and I can thoroughly recommend a stay there, you won’t regret it

We really enjoyed our stay in this great apartment in Rozelle. The accommodation was quiet, clean, cool (air con in every room) and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with bus or ferry to the city, and cafés, restaurants, and pubs literally 3 minutes walk away. Rosalie was a accomplished host. We’re thinking of selling our property in the Southern Highlands and moving to Balmain!

Thank you for everything! We had a great visit! After a long international flight we were greated by Rosalie who helped us get settled in! What a great location and everything stocked for a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend as the owners are very responsive from inquiry thru booking thru our stay and the location can’t be beat! Easy access to the city and public transport but a quiet neighborhood with all shops, restaurants and cafes close by!

This is our second stay and we couldn’t be happier. The apartment is a quiet and spacious oasis, but only a few steps away from central Rozelle. There are two bedrooms, a kitchenette and a large bathroom that includes a washing machine and dryer. It is well stocked with everything you are likely to require and there is a supermarket just up the road. I hope to return!

Nice apartment right in the center of the city! Lovely owner and must appreciate their hospitality. They are available for any help!! Rosalie and Steven are one the nicest people I have come across in Australia. If you are new to Sydney and looking for a bankable place, then no second thoughts. Just go for it!

Well maintained and up to date apartment with plenty of amentities near by and quick access to the CBD. Aircon in both bedrooms and the main living area was appreciated in Sydney summer weather. It's a short walk to lots of restaurants and cafes with a few bars and pubs nearby as well. A 5ish minute walk gets you to a bus stop with regular buses into town, which only takes about 15 minutes. The host, Rosalie was great and communicated well.

The house is very quiet and safe even the surroundings have a lot to offer. We used a lot ferry link to the city. Only 11 minutes and so much nicer than roadtraffic. We got the urban and Sea-Sydney at the same time. Communication with Rosalie was excellent all the time. Definitely will go back if we visit Sydney again.
