    Please note that our home strictly enforces a NO PARTY policy. We do not accept Bucks or Bachelor parties without prior approval. While this South Head residence is an excellent choice for families and groups attending weddings, events, or business trips in Sydney, it is not suitable for events like a Bucks weekend.

    THINGS TO KNOW

    * Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.


    * We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

    *There is no elevator in this building, but only 3 flights of stairs (25 steps) to access the apartment.

    * The home is also open to Management Team Retreats. We ask that you reach out to us first for approval before booking.

    * Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes. Contact us for rates and booking details!



    HOUSE RULES

    * Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.

    * No smoking allowed

    * Strictly No parties or events allowed.

    * Sofa bed can be provided upon request, for a fee if less than 7 guests booked.

    * Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

    * All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.

    * Max 8 overnight guests, 4 day visitors, 12 people total at any time.

    * Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).

    * Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.

    * Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.

    * Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).

    * Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.

    * Pets allowed with prior approval; $110 fee per stay; keep pets off furniture.

Perfect location to get out of the hustle of Sydney CBD. Easy access to buses and ferry terminals at rose Bay and Watsons bay. And the view is perfect, especially at sunset.

Doors – Several doors are difficult to open, and one door is inaccessible due to the non-functioning auto blind.Ensuite – The exhaust fan in the ensuite bathroom is not operational. The tap is constantly running. It is also very mouldy around the bottomLighting – A downlight in the main bathroom needs replacing along with others Main Bedroom:One of the blinds is stuck and does not go up.The family room door jams and is difficult to use.Cleanliness:The glass shelves had noticeable dust build-up.The BBQ was very dirty and required cleaning before use. In general the place needs a big cleanBedroom 4 - NOT A BEDROOMThe property is listed as having four bedrooms, but the fourth "bedroom" is a sofa bed placed in a way that blocks the door, making it unusable as a private sleeping area.Additionally, there were no quilt or pillows provided for this space.Given the above, the listing should not be considered a true four-bedroom property.The property needs a whole lot of small maintenance
