Not even the people at their HELP desk knew how to get there. i went to check in at 8.30pm and finally managed to get in at 11.00pm with no real help from their staff. There is a washing machine and drier in the unit but be careful if you wash any clothes as the drier doesn't work and the only option was to use the hair drier.
