Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount and be liable for any additional call out fees due to complaints. 5\. We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries. 6\. We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages in writing before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests. 7\. Please respect our check-out policy. Departing after the designated check-out time of 10:00 AM incurs a $150 fee. I raised it with the property manager and they told me this was the first they’d heard of it, which seemed hard to believe given it was cleaned prior to our arrival and the mould was quite extensive. The manager only seemed to think a 10% refund would be appropriate, which we were underwhelmed with considering we didn’t want to take our baby into the bathroom at all for bathing and had to arrange to bathe him at our family’s house around the corner which was inconvenient. Suffice to say, we never would have booked if we’d known about the mould. We were willing to accept that things happen but a 10% refund given how understanding we were seemed like a slap in the face.A real shame as otherwise the place was nice and in a good location. I wouldn’t risk booking here as they don’t seem to be too worried about the health risks ##### James M.
