The unit is very old and in need of TLC. The fans were two stand fans which were rusting and the heating two small blow heaters. The kitchen was very sad and old. Some attempt was made to modernise it but was still left wanting. WIFI was only available if one walked to the office. As is was raining and cold I found this very inconvenient. Unfortunately the WiFi was almost non-existant, too intermittent and slow to be any use at all. We needed to use phone WiFi hotspot for the entire stay (6 days). Wifi access is important to us and for this reason I would not stay there again. Impossible if you need to do work emails and other vital communications. Also cockroaches. And dusty crockery and cutlery. Had to wash everything. Pre-arranged lower floor accommodation did not eventuate, nor did the help to carry bags three flights of stairs.
