Nice location on the Sydney’s Noth Shore

My wife and i found apartment location convenient to visit Sydney. The appartment description was accurate, there're a few transportation options, the grocery markets are not too far away...

Amazing rooftop view!

Wayne was very accommodating and the location was excellent, easy access by ferry, close to zoo, wonderful walking paths and beaches . Overall a wonderful place to stay. Our only complaint would be that the AC unit struggled to cool the studio on hot days.

Excellent studio - highly recommend

I visit Sydney every January and have stayed in Wayne's studio several times. To me, it offers the best value in Mosman. The apartment block is quiet and secure and the studio has a very well-equipped kitchen as well as wonderful views over Mosman.. very close to the bus and ferries as well as fabulous harbour walks.

A very nice, modern apartment with everything you need for your stay. Lovely views and close to several nice beaches and lots of coastal walks. A short walk to the nearest ferry .

Except for the minor hiccups with communication, all is well. Also, had noise coming from upstairs; glass, plates too high for me to reach, please provide step ladder, for smaller person like me; please put curtains/blinds on the toilet window - was directly reflected on the mirror. Had a yellow crested cockatoo visitor, damaging the corner screen on the kitchen. Run out of liquid detergent/dishwashing liquid. Also, advise during booking any fees you will include - cleanjng fees??? - is that supposed to be included already? I cooked but I tidy all the things I've used.

Great location

Over from UK and stayed in Mosman for a week. Apartment was ideal for what we needed. Ferry easy to access to get to Circular Quay (although walk back up road will get the heart rate up 😉 ). Overall very clean, well appointed and would very much recommend. Roof top view was a bonus with stunning view of Sydney Harbour bridge and the Sydney skyline.

What a view!

This place had everything you’d need. It was clean, well maintained, laundry facilities right outside your door (shared with one other unit), big and comfortable bed, lots of windows, nice kitchen and bathroom, and the roof top terrace…wow! What a view. Whether day or night it’s stunning. I exercised up there. Nobody else around. Great location close to bus and ferry. 20 minute walk to shops and 35 minute walk to Balmoral beach. Highly recommended!

This property is perfectly located to explore Sydney and surrounds. Close enough to the city with a 15 min Ferry ride and also having the advantage of being the same travelling distance from beachside towns like Manly. The unit was quiet, well equipped and had lovely views of Mosman and over to Taronga Zoo where we watched the giraffe of a morning. The rooftop is amazing and a good spot for a cityscape picture. Wayne is a thoughtful host and only a phone call away if you need anything. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mosman for a week

Property was as described. We like Mosman. Only issue was our unit carpark had been allocated to another person renting a different unit. On street parking is challenging in the area at times.

As described, a neat, clean, comfortable studio. Suited my needs as a solo traveller with a car, parking was close to entrance. The roof top terrace view is spectacular of harbour and bridge.

Great little studio

This is our second stay in this studio apartment. It is in a great location for transport, and we enjoyed watching the birdlife. Good views towards Taronga, with a view through the trees to the harbour.. The apartment is well equipped, everything we needed was there. We were an early arrival, and Wayne very kindly allowed us early access to the apartment which was very much appreciated. If we are lucky enough to visit Sydney in the future, we'd love to stay in this apartment again.

Convenient location

Very handy for the Mosman ferry and local buses. Nice little studio, not much bigger than hotel room but cheaper. Wayne, the property manager lives on site and is easily contactable and helpful

Compact apartment with everything you need

We had a pleasant stay in the apartment while getting our bathroom renovations done. It is furnished with good quality furnitures and appliances and the strong wifi provided enabled me to work from home. I loved our morning walks along Mosman Bay wharf through to Mosman Rowers where tracks to Cremorne Wharf and over commence. Lots of places of interest close by …There were nights that we heard the roaring of the lions from Taronga zoo which is a stone throw away. Wayne was very approachable and responsive to our needs. He has always been a call away as he lives in the building and I guess, it is also the sort of helpful and concerned a person he is! Thanks Wayne… I definitely would love to come back ….

Some suggestions

We enjoyed our stay , the only comment I would make was that we didn’t find the bed comfortable, too soft & hurt our backs . I would also recommend the owner making the instructions for microwave , cooker etc alit clearer.

Location Location Location

This unit was just perfect for us in so many ways. Location is fantastic the view from the rooftop is magical. We were able to explore Sydney Harbour by ferry and enjoyed the many walks which rewarded us with so many amazing views. We were able to hear animals from the zoo which is in walking distance some afternoons, elephants and tigers for real. The unit was small but functional, we did find the bed quite firm and the carpet needed a more thorough vacuum, but we would definitely recommend this property and would be very happy to return in the future.
