    This luxurious, modern 2BR apartment is the ideal base from which to explore Sydney, offering a meticulously presented home in an enviable location.

    Located a short walk from the Bondi Junction bus and train interchange and Westfield shopping centre, this location provides easy access to all of Sydney's famous sights and has everything on its doorstep. If it's sunbaking on the iconic Bondi Beach or taking in the sights along the clifftop walk between Bondi and Bronte that you're after, then one short bus ride or a 2.5km walk and you're there.

    This apartment is large and luxurious. The entrance foyer provides a main bathroom and laundry, and leads off to the large open plan living and dining room, with sleek, comfortable furnishings, and the fully equipped modern kitchen. The wrap around balcony is accessed via sliding glass doors which give the apartment an abundance of natural light and offers sweeping views of Sydney's East.

    The other side of the apartment provides a master bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and plenty of wardrobe space, while the second bedroom offers 2 single beds. There is also another balcony accessible from both bedrooms which looks south.

    As with all Uptown Apartments, there is a large HD tv with full platinum Foxtel package, all linen and towels provided, a Nespresso coffee machine with an initial supply of capsules provided, and free wifi, making this the ultimate choice for your next Sydney work trip or holiday escape.

More for a business stay

The location of the apartment and the outdoor living space were amazing. However, there were some problems with the indoor living space which seemed to be a little tired. The quest shower had a massive leak, the rental company was advised. The hair drier in the same bathroom couldn’t be used as there was no adaptor for the plug. We couldn’t open the window in the master bedroom so we were unable to get a cross breeze at night, which would have been nice as the air conditioner seemed to be locked at a set temperature so we could not cool down the apartment. The blind in the master bedroom was broken and torn. Very few towels were provided, 3 bath towels and 2 face towels for three people. That was it! There were holes in the walls in the living room, plus the carpet could have used a good cleaning. There were holes in the screen leading to the balcony. There were supposed to be an additional key and fob, none was there, so one key for three people! There was no instruction manual about any of the appliances. Which was unfortunate as the dishwasher was so old the symbols had all faded. The stove was gas and needed a lighter to start it, which we had to buy as the one left was empty. Check out was difficult and confusing.
