Nice hotel close to Sydney airport

Posted 07-Dec-2016
The stay was exactly what we needed after travelling for over 24hrs. The hotel was convenient with accessing the airports. It was very comfortable and somehow very quiet when it is located next to a main road and the airport is only across a small river.

Great for overnight stays.

Posted 02-Dec-2016
Pros: Convenient shuttle to the airport.
Cons: Nothing much, we did not find any fault anywhere.
Location: We were not there long enough to explore anything much, as the airport was our main criteria.
From the Sydney Airport by shuttle for quick checkin by friendly and helpful staff. Our room was more than sufficient for a one night stay. Comfortable and tidy. Bathroom also tidy and clean. The restaurant served delicious dinner which was convenient. Whether you there for one night or more it would be more than suitable for anyone.

Pros: シンプル
Cons: 室内の説明書が何も無かった
Location: 空港特化型
早朝のfltには便利 ホテル自体は、普通 早朝、午前中のフライトであれば便利 ただしシドニーの場合 空港が都心に近いのでリーズナブルの価格にて宿泊できるとメリットもあります

Quick night. The hotel made everything easy

Location: It was a 20 min uber to the Opera House. Great nightlife just nearby while still very close to the airport
Very classy and modern. Made the stay just that much nicer.

Motel 8 Style

Posted 04-Oct-2016
Pros: Rooms upstairs 832. the ones that are advertised online, the ones that they remodeled. I also liked the night shift manager mohammed cus he moved us
Cons: Dont put guests in the lower floors. The room was absolutely disgusting. How can you even charge for this? Yoy need to advertise correctly
Location: the airport is a $13 uber ride away
We got room 427, apparently the rooms on the bottom floors are not renovated. We walked in and you must keep your shoes on. The carpet was dark blueish grey, and it was stained, how it was stained, I don't know. I applaud them for not being able to hide a stain with a dark blue-ish grey carpet. Then you start walking and the carpet is wavy and floors are uneven. That's actually totally fine with me. The restroom door is a plastic "white turned yellow" fan-like sliding door and it does not cover all the way to the ground lol. That's totally fine, it's just a door, whatever. Then you walk in and shower, the shower curtain smells like really dirty laundry, which is fine, understandable, because changing that is very expensive and why bother? There is no partition between the shower and bathroom (please see pictures) so when you shower, all the water flows, not to the shower drain (because the shower area is ELEVATED due to the wavy bathroom tiles and all the water flows to the rest of the bathroom, it flows to the drain next to the toilet. No big deal, who care if people go use the toilet and go to the sink and brush their teeth and they get their feet all in dirty water. As you start showering, the towel rack (See pictures) is completely tilted, it blows my mind how they just put towels on this completely tilted towel rack and think it is okay. I called downstairs and asked them how am i supposed to go use the toilet and brush my teeth and wash my face and worse what if someone

Dear Cindy, Thank you for taking the time to express your experience. We are sorry to hear that you had a less than favourable experience in your first room which was a standard room. We do have some rooms that are un refurbished at the moment but are scheduled to go under an overhaul early next year. Notwithstanding this we were concerned about your specific reports and whilst there room remains un-refurbished have remedied the issues you have raised to the best of our ability. Thank you again for your feedback and we do look forward to welcoming you back in a refurbished room Have a great week

Convenient to airport

Posted 29-Sep-2016
Lobby has little seating. Clock in room was broken, could not set alarm. Power went off during the night which meant the clocked stopped anyway. Otherwise, pretty standard hotel, would use it again for the convenience and price combo.

We were greeted by fantastic staff like as per usual, i had booked 4 rooms and all rooms were promptly organised and issued without delay. The restaurant was great for a late dinner for my staff and i after our check in meaning we didn't have to leave the hotel to seek anything.
