We stayed overnight before heading home to Seattle. I picked this hotel because it has a restaurant, so we wouldn't have to leave to get dinner and breakfast.

We apologise that the Hotel did not meet your expectations. We do have few floors that are not refurbished at the moment but are scheduled to go under an overhaul this year. Notwithstanding this we were concerned about your specific reports, we have remedied the issues you have raised to the best of our ability.
Regarding the cleanliness issue, it is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the standard of service we strive to deliver to all guests. We will be following up with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure it does not happen again.
On a brighter note, we are pleased to know that you had comfortable and relaxing stay.
