Although the hotel was clean with comfortable bed, I was disappointed on two counts. I had to request a television engineer to come to the room to repair the TV (it didn't work at all!!)and the sound still didn't work well after the engineer had gone.
In the morning, I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast, as some of the cooked items were cold/lukewarm and there were no mushrooms available, although there was a designated area for mushrooms.
I have stayed in Mercure Hotels before this visit, and this was not of their usual standaed
