Pros: お部屋は広々でロングソファもあり快適でした。
Cons: 空港までのバスの運転手の対応が悪かった。 レストランはpm9:00でクローズ。空港利用のお客様が多い立地からして、もう少し遅くまで営業した方が良いと思いました。ルームサービスもないので。
Location: スパがあれば旅の疲れを癒せたのに、ジムしかないようでした。
早朝出発のため最終日に一泊しました。 ポーターがいないため、到着した時の荷物の運び入れに少し困りました。お部屋まではレセプションでチェックインした男性が運んでくれるというシステム。荷物の多い方は困ると思います。

Pros: Room service was tasty, but barely warm.
Cons: Rooms are cheap, old and outdated, missing trim, stained bedding, no outlets near the beds and found some seriously sketchy wiring looking for outlet.
Location: Close to airport and transportation to SYD was the only positive.
Not a fan of the Mercure... and not sure how in the world it has a 4-star rating. If I had known what I do now, I would have never booked it in the first place.

Over priced and Outdated

Pros: Foyer, carpark and location relative to trains etc.
Cons: revamp rooms
Very disappointing room bathroom basin took forever to drain, fridge vibrated wall unit all night, bed was very uncomfortable,Tv was from the Ark and reception was very ordinary sound proofing of room was non existent loud voices yelling in corridor and banging doors all night.

Great location, close to the airport & Rowing Club nearby. Facilities at the hotel are great apart from the fridge in the room not working.

Cons: Bring the room into the 21st century
After staying in a Mercure Hotel at Warragul our expectations were high. Unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the TV was old and extremely outdated with woeful picture and reception, the basin in the bathroom took 5 minutes to empty sound insulation seemed non existent (doors banging and people talking in the hallways all night) even WiFi was an extra charge.Certainly not an International standard hotel.

We were told free airport shuttle and were charged $24 for 4 people and were given breakfast access for $24 PER PERSON!!! After paying over $200 for one nights stay!

Close to the airport, but that is all

Pros: Close to the supermarket and train station.
Cons: Too expensive for what it is.
Very tired, needs painting, the chair in the room was almost broken, the radio did not work. Access to the internet is $25 a day. The only good thing is it is close to the airport. I would not stay there again.

Great location, handy to city

Pros: The room was great, nice big window and very clean. Staff really nice and overall a quiet hotel considering it was quite busy during our stay.
Cons: Perhaps, something could be done with the shower screen over the bath, floor got quite wet.
Location: Close to airport, club, parks, shops and transport. Short trip to city. Nice parks.
Great place for a short stay in Sydney, close to airport. Short walk to club, parks and transport. Shops nearby. Hotel room was really nice and comfortable, welcoming staff, and overall a lovely stay.

Although the hotel was clean with comfortable bed, I was disappointed on two counts. I had to request a television engineer to come to the room to repair the TV (it didn't work at all!!)and the sound still didn't work well after the engineer had gone. In the morning, I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast, as some of the cooked items were cold/lukewarm and there were no mushrooms available, although there was a designated area for mushrooms. I have stayed in Mercure Hotels before this visit, and this was not of their usual standaed

Hotel was in a good position. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quite nice for the price. View wasn't fantastic but okay. Wanted a view over the airport. Would recommend the hotel.
