Decent hotel by the airport

Good staff and frequent shuttle. Very eager to make it a good stay even though it's just an airport hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Pros: Close to terminal
Cons: More variety in buffet Free shuttle
Location: Near international terminal
Close to international terminal Shame that such a big chain can't provide free shuttle to terminal. Taxi us about $15 otherwise you pay for the shuttle bus Otherwise it is fine to stay at for one night The dinner buffet was $35 and very basic

Bathrooms are old and need revamp.The breakfast was good with great service by waiting staff.

空港近くのシンプルホテル

空港から近く、シャトルバスが出ています。(ひとり6豪ドル)フロントスタッフはきちんと応対してくれて、満足です。部屋はとてもコンパクトでかつシンプルでした。部屋のお風呂がシャワーカーテンではなかったのが使い辛かったです。ホテルから徒歩10分の所にスーパーがあり便利でした。そのスーパーの近くに駅があり、市内へは電車で簡単に行けます。WIFIも有料、シャトルバスも有料で、そして結構な金額の部屋代。物価の高いシドニーならば仕方ない事なのかもしれませんが、再び宿泊したいとは思えませんでした。

멜버른에서 시드니의 날씨문제로 시드니 공항이 폐쇄되어 호텔에 예약한 날짜에 갈 수가 없었는데(취소 및 변경불가인 예약) 전화로 상황을 얘기했더니 흔쾌히 예약변경을 해주어서 하루 늦게 무사히(?) 호텔에 투숙 할 수 있었음. Wolli Creek 역에서 도보로 약 10~15분 거리이나 호텔직원의 친절함, 방의 크기 및 청결도를 생각하면 그 정도 거리는 감수해도 될 듯...

Overnight stop

Pros: Convenience for International Terminal but quiet and well appointed rooms.
Cons: The meals at the restaurant were good but we felt the quality could be improved.
Booked at the Mercure as we were needing to be close to Apex Rental drop off zone and to the International Terminal for an early morning flight.

Staff communication was poor. Concierge laughed when I asked where to park on arrival and pointed behind me to a car park (I then went to the incorrect car park, as there were two behind me). Housekeeping persistently wrapped on my door to get my attention despite my "do not disturb" sign hanging on door! Reception did not put my Accor club membership number onto my booking and were noticeable abrupt on my check-in. I waited forever to be seated for breakfast. The list goes on....I was very surprised, as I generally find Mercure Hotels really good around the country/globe. Th hotel facilities are at the usual standard expected.
