The garage is not included in the renting package as it is used for furniture and linen storage. There are plenty street parking in the front and side of the house. It is a beautiful town famous for heritage buildings and charming atmosphere. \- 20 minutes drive to the The Australiana Pioneer Village. You will travel back 150 years to experience what it was like for the early settlers. A complete authentic village with so much to see and to get involved with. \- 20 minutes drive to Fagan Park where you can explore the Gardens of Many Nations, which covers 10 hectares and has 11 themed gardens, including Japanese, Dutch, Chinese and Mediterranean. ★ Food Safety ★ For food safety, we are not providing salt, pepper, sugar, tea or coffee. You do not have to thoroughly clean the property, however, please make a reasonable effort to clean up after yourself, especially when there are children. － All rubbish is to be packed and correctly disposed of in the bins. There will be two for general rubbish and recycling. Please try and sort your rubbish accordingly. Further details will be shown in the guidebook. !! If the property is left in an unsatisfactory state,you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.
