    Magnifique on McPherson combines charm and practicality in a superbly convenient location. The bedroom provides a cosy retreat, while the renovated bathroom includes a washing machine for added ease during longer stays. The open-plan living space is bathed in natural light and designed for comfort, with a Smart TV, desk for remote work, and a choice of lounge seating.

    PLEASE NOTE: building works are being currently completed at this building complex’s. Though it doesn’t affect our direct apartment (as they’re upgrading units with balconies) and our unit DOES NOT have a balcony. There is still intermittent building works due to upgrades. Building works have been permitted during the hours of 7am-5pm Monday to Friday & 7am - 1pm Saturdays (noise from drilling, plant equipment and construction noise will be kept to a minimum but could be expected during your stay) COMPLETION DATE: 19th December 2025.

    Set right in the heart of Bronte’s village strip, you’ll have cafés, bakeries, grocers, and boutique stores just steps from your door. Stroll down the hill to Bronte Beach for a swim or walk along the famed Bondi to Coogee coastal trail. Waverley Park and Centennial Parklands are also close by, offering leafy escapes and recreation options.

    Bronte is one of Sydney’s most desirable beachside suburbs, known for its relaxed community feel and stunning natural surrounds.
