Buses to the city (10 minutes) are just around the corner. Style, comfort and convenience - perfect! This enchanting apartment has an uplifting vibe with the focus on greenery and light. Situated on the 5th floor of a modern secure block, its elevated position is a major drawcard. Lifts from the secure basement carpark mean access is a breeze. Comprising an open plan lounge, dining and modern kitchen with a separate bedroom and bathroom, the decor is stylish, with timber floors and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The blonde timber dining suite seats 4\.
