A nice kozy apartment unit situated near Sydney zoo. Clean, modern, bright and sunny apartment only a short walk to Prospect Reservoir. This apartment consists of 3 bedrooms 3 bathroom, This vacation house has a nice open style kitchen, in conjunction with a comfy living area, added with minimal art décor. This unit is perfect for family with kids or even small friend groups.  
  
The lovely house comes with:

We do request the security deposit before your arrival A$350  
※ We only provide check in details AFTER the security deposit has been paid.  
※ Standard Setting: 3 Queen size, 1 single bed for 7 guests  
※ There is one surveillance camera in the front door

※ We can prepare extra Queen bed upon requested at an extra cost of $45 ; Extra linen requested at extra $45. (Please confirm with us at least one day before you're coming)  
※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.

The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.  
\- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.  
\- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.  
\- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.  
\- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied  
\- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

\- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply  
\- We can prepare sofa beds upon requested at an extra cost of $45; Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.  
\-Please take the property key and fob with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$180.  
\-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.  
\- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
