Located on the ground floor of a secure building, it offers full private access and weekly cleaning for stays over 7 days. Hospital-grade disinfectants ensure a safe environment. Parking is available for one car, and the Sydney Metro is just a 2-minute walk away for easy transport. Enjoy the convenience of nearby cafes, supermarkets, and an urban lifestyle with the peace and quiet of a park next door. The apartment is ground floor with no stairs. The building is a security building and also in a very safe neighbourhood. The guests have full private access to the apartment, it's set up as a serviced apartment and guests staying over 7 days will receive weekly cleaning and linen change. All linen is Hotel grade and high quality. There is also a coin operated laundry at the rear of the building. I live nearby and our office is down the street but unless you need to see me I won't be there to meet you. We have after hours check in and security in the building North Sydney is a fantastic neighbourhood. it's just across the bridge from the CBD but is more residential. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets in the area. Nearby there is also Sydney's famous Harbourside amusement park. The bus to the city is about 2 minutes walk from the apartment, there is also North Sydney train station about 10 minutes walk (note its uphill from the station). If you want to take an uber it's less than 5 minutes to the middle of the city. Also if you wanted to walk it's about 45 minutes to walk across the bridge. North Sydney itself has everything you need from shopping to Supermarkets and many dozens of food options The parking is for one standard car or suv. It’s down the end of a narrow driveway. Which is tight. (The driveway is on the left side of the building ) The space is on the right at the end of the drive. (Note there are 2 car spaces so you need to leave space for the second car). It is uncovered. But it is off-street and the car can be left for the duration of your stay until check out. But not after check out time.
