\- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.  
\- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied  
\- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

\- No cooking with aromatics and spices due to the nature of possibly having a new guest stay the day of check out  
\- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply  
\- We can prepare sofa beds upon requested at an extra cost of $45 ; Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.  
\- Please take the property key and fob with you at all times. Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180\. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest, with the cost starting from AU$180\. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call-out fee from $350\.   
\- When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
