We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours. Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%. The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification. To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. House was way bigger than the photos and a lovely space to spend the week in. Unfortunately when we arrived at our check in time, the cleaners were inside and asked us to wait another 30 minutes. Which wasn’t appreciated as we had just arrived after a very long drive from Melbourne with our dog. However the property manager was quick to reply and apologised. After this we had no issues at all. The house was well stocked with items we might need and was very clean and tidy.
