Bus stop to Bondi Beach and the CBD only 200m away or 10 minutes via Uber. The Space: This newly revonated and stylish two storey home sleeps up to nine guests and has room to boot. With high ceilings and a nice sunny outdoor courtyard, this property offers an abundance of space and areas to relax. A large living area and separate eat-in kitchen creates the perfect space to entertain or relax, while the large sunny courtyard with outdoor setting gives you a private area to soak up the sun and make the most of Sydney’s beautiful weather. Only thing I would mention is that the main floor bathroom is a bit of a "Harry Potter" closet - didn't give us any problems but something to note! The house was exactly as described, though the stairs are slightly steeper than expected from the picture. Also if a good coffee is vital to you there is a fab Cafe literally 200m away, or being your own plunger or coffee machine. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Caro B. Perfect location as it was 10 minutes to walk to the stadium, The 333 bus runs to Circulat Quay and Bondi Junction/Beach. The bus stop is just up the street. We never received the check in e-mail from VRBO so when we opened the door the alarm went off. It took a bit to get it off. The house slept all 6 of us however there isn't much of a living room area to sit. The kitchen is small but functional. It's a row house so it's narrow. The back yard is quite nice. Caroline communicates quite well and was very helpful mailing something we left behind. Absolutely enjoyed the neighborhood. Fantastic Italian place for coffee/bread/pastries/deli. A real neighborhood hang out. Nice restaurants and shops on Oxford St. Just around the corner was a great Thai restaurant. Would recommend staying as a place to use a base and explore Sydney. ##### Jim S. I want to give it a higher rating. The house is cute and in a great location. The hosts are amazing, check in easy, all the important things. The issue is that it’s just too small for the number of people it is advertised to accommodate. The only shower is in the en-suite bathroom so everyone has to go through someone’s bedroom. Three out of four bedrooms have no where to hang anything, not even a towel. The main floor powder room is so small you can’t do anything but wash your hands, yet none on the bedrooms except the primary have a mirror and table to do hair or apply makeup. The kitchen isn’t really well equipped. We didn’t find any ability to make coffee, the toaster is a two slice, which for 8 people isn’t ideal. The table out back is the only place to sit and eat, but there isn’t room to walk around the table while people are sitting. There isn’t a TV which is ok for me, but would have been nice for the kids. We paid a huge premium because it was NYE, which we would have been ok with us, if it actually fit our gang. If you are a family of 4 it is likely a perfect fit if you bring iPads ##### Judy P.
