On a quiet, leafy street, house contains two double bedrooms, and suits couples, friends or a family of up to six people. Complete with high ceilings, modern kitchen and bathroom, there is an outdoor eating area in a quaint courtyard, rear lane access and plenty of free on-street parking. Bus stop to Town Hall, Pyrmont and Bondi Junction 100m away. 2 minute walk to Five Ways and $8-$14 to the CBD via Uber. The Space: This two storey home sleeps up to seven guests and has room to boot. With high ceilings and a nice sunny outdoor courtyard, this property offers an abundance of space and areas to relax. A large dining and living area creates the perfect space to entertain or relax, while the modest sized courtyard gives you a private area to soak up the sun and make the most of Sydney’s beautiful weather. It’s in a great location with lovely restaurants, retail and easy access to the CBD and Eastern suburbs, etc. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful.I loved that the renovations kept true to the original architecture. We were only blocks away from a grocery store and restaurants in this leafy, elegant neighborhood. Amazing location with easy public transport, bars, shops and nightlife nearby. Hosts were always happy to help and communicated perfectly to make our trip run smoothly.
