The hospitals and the spot in Randwick are only about 1km away. Situated up a flight of stairs, this elevated ground floor 2 bedroom apartment is set in a very central location and can accommodate different sleeping arrangements, both bedrooms can have a King bed or 2 single beds, so great for families or Professionals travelling for work, both bedrooms come with wardrobes, Bedroom 1 has a TV. The open plan living area has a reverse cycle air-conditioner and a very comfortable chase lounge with TV, stereo, Unlimited Internet, the dining room has a ceasarstone dining table and off the dining room leads out to the balcony area. Both Bedrooms and Lounge room have ceiling fans with remote controls. There were all the essentials in the condo including some cooking ingredients - oil, salt, pepper etc, not to mention coffee and tea. We walked to Coogee Beach weekly sometimes daily as the property is a short walk to the Bondi Coogee Walk. Communication with the owner is great. Any issues Brendon was quick to sort out.
