Summary:
This lovely apartment in a classic Art Deco building is far more elegant than your average studio. Tastefully decorated, comfortable and bright, it features views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and skyline. From here you can walk to the city, Paddington and Kings Cross, and you’re surrounded by many of the city’s finest restaurants and hippest bars. The studio features a kitchenette and the building has communal laundry facilities. But the best bit is the rooftop pool and deck: it’s spectacular.
The Space:
This studio offers a double bed (foldaway), work area, kitchenette and private bathroom. It’s light and breezy, with a window opening onto a beautiful harbour view. The rooftop BBQ, deck and pool area is stunning and a great place to unwind. There are three steps from street level into the building. The apartment is on level six and is accessible via an elevator.

The offices of virtually every major company in Australia are a short walk away in the city.

We highly recommend using ride-sharing services.

It’s a 15-minute walk to the city, however trains also leave from Kings Cross Station which is 300m from your front door. It takes less than five minutes on the train from Kings Cross to the CBD.
Ride sharing
