This stunning spacious, open plan home is situated in the perfect location between stunning Pittwater and some of the worlds best beaches. The quiet shores and grassy area of Careel Bay foreshore, just at the end of the street allows you to relax in peace or take to the water for a paddle. With European appliances in overdrive the kitchen area is an entertainers paradise. The heart of this home with its large comfy couch opens onto the covered deck area-entertaining central -overlooking the heated swimming POOL- you will find it hard to leave. A free flowing, open plan designer home is the ideal Palm Beach holiday house. The house is fully furnished with most pieces by the iconic Avalon furniture showroom Beachwood.The home is situated within 100 meters of the beautiful Pittwater foreshore and is an easy level walk or ride to the cafes and beaches of Avalon. Across the road from the house is an off leash dog park ideal for your giving your dog it's daily run. Pet's welcome. The house is a 4 bedroom home with a heated swimming pool, separate TV chillout room with a queen size day bed, wifi, BBQ and everything to make your stay with us as relaxing as possible. The home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in every room. The Kitchen features European appliances including Miele oven, dishwasher and microwave, 6 burner gas stove top, Fisher & Paykel french door fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and more. The living area has 2 large couches for relaxing, German designed large L shaped Couch and a 3 seater Beachwood couch- photos to be updated. Master bedroom comprises of a full upstairs retreat. It has a luxurious king sized bed, walk in robe, ensuite, private balcony, couch and tv. Bedroom 2 has its own access both internally and externally. It features a queen bed with built in wardrobes, very light spacious. Bedroom 3 has a Beachwood King single and trundle bed, desk and built in robes. Bedroom 4 has two single beds with custom made desk for two. TV room features a queen sized Beachwood day bed ideal for as many kids to pile on as you can fit and can be used as an extra bed if required. This room also opens onto the back deck and entertaining area. The back deck overlooks the pool and has a large Weber Q BBQ that is plumbed into town gas, so no running down to the service station mid BBQ.
