Room smelt musty and was noisy. Had asked for a room further away from the road but was told there were no rooms available when clearly there were plenty of available rooms. Desk clerk not very helpful, seemed it would create work for me to change rooms.

Hi Cedric, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. After reviewing this matter, it look like you have booked our Standard Queen Room which is our most basic room type in the property. When you requested a room further away from the road they are a completely different room type and for those rooms guests need to pay a premium price for those rooms. We could not honor your request for a free room upgrade. We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectation and we hope to see you in the near future.

The room at the motel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bathroom had a great shower. Conveniently, there was a microwave which was very handy for warming frozen meals so you didn't have to spend a fortune eating out at a restaurant. It was well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and complimentary bottles of water.

Came to stay overnight because of the Hawkesbury Races. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. The rooms were huge, as were the bathrooms, we were travelling with another couple who had the same great experience. Only issue was our room had a slight odour a bit like wet carpet.
