It is a family-friendly, beautiful harbourside suburb within close proximity to Sydney CBD and North Sydney. The nearest must-see attraction is Taronga Zoo, one of the best in Australia!

Across the peninsula, the tranquil waters of Balmoral Beach are worth a visit, with its sheltered position in the harbour making it ideal for open water swimming and paddleboarding. Youre also close to the smaller Sirius Cove beach which is equally exquisite.
Mosman also features a lively restaurant and boutique retail scene, most of which you'll find along Military Road we suggest starting the day with corn fritters at Avenue Road before enjoying a bit of window shopping.
Maccallum Seawater pool is a 20-minute stroll and an ideal place to get in some early morning lengths.
There are great public transport links around this property, and youre welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

"Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:
We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.
Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.
The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.
To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method."
